Jay Tanna
Principal Dentist

Jay graduated from India in 2007 and converted to UK degree in 2013. Jay loves dentistry and aims to provide high quality dentistry to his patients. Patients often recommend their friends and family to see Jay, due to his calm mannerism making patients feel extremely at ease. Jay is an Invisalign provider and has a special interest in Endodontics. He is currently studying MSc in Endodontology, and takes referrals for complex endodontic treatments from multiples practices in Essex and London region. He adores his little girl, who is his absolute world. Outside of dentistry, his passion lies in cricket, and he plays every weekend for a local club.
Will Shaw

Will graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2003 and has been working as a dentist in Fleet since 2007. Will enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, showing a particular interest in minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry, the treatment of tooth wear, dental implants and the treatment of snoring and sleep apnoea. Will has undertaken extensive post graduate training in these areas in both the UK and the US. In 2011, Will won a national Smile Award for his cosmetic work. Since 2018, Will has been the leader of the UK Spear Education Study Club which teaches excellence in treatment planning complex dentistry. He is also extensively experienced in the use of many cosmetic brace systems such as Invisalign to align his patient’s teeth to create beautiful smiles.
Nicola Shaw
Dental Hygienist

Nicola qualified as a dental hygienist in 2003 and has been caring for patients at Ancells Farm Dental Clinic since 2007. She prides herself in her friendly, gentle approach and high standards and is always eager to help our more apprehensive patients gain trust and overcome their dental anxieties, ensuring that hygiene appointments are a positive experience. From regular attenders to those who have not been to the dentist for several years, Nicola will welcome you and work with you to improve your dental health and give you the confidence to smile. She believes that oral health is so important to help achieve confidence in many aspects of day-to-day life, from having a whiter smile in photos to having fresh breath when face to face. She has also undertaken further training in order to provide tooth whitening to give patients the chance to look and feel their very best.
Emily Porter
Dental Hygienist & Therapist

Emily qualified as a Dental Hygienist Therapist in 2021 from the University of Portsmouths Dental Academy. She works closely with the dentist to help support and improve patients gum health, carry out fillings as well as other preventative treatments. Emily is currently working towards a postgraduate diploma in Aesthetic Dental Therapy. Emily is very dedicated to the dental health care profession, making sure all of her patients feel comfortable and leave her chair loving their smile.

Vikki is very patient and easy going. She has ability in putting patients instantly at ease with her beaming smile and caring nature. Vikki is excellent with our more wary patients and will always offer a hand to hold for those who may need a little extra support!

Hayley qualified as a dental nurse in 2020. Hayley really enjoys helping patients and enjoys being able to put patients at ease if they are feeling anxious or nervous about their dental treatment.
Ruby Connor

Ruby started Dental nursing in 2016 in Cornwall and qualified in February 2018. After moving to Hampshire Ruby joined Ancells farm Dental Clinic in 2022. In her spare time Ruby likes socialising with friends and walking her dachshund
