1- Custom fit home teeth whitening trays – Moulds are taken of your teeth and a set of custom fit teeth whitening trays are made. These trays are worn in the comfort of your own home with some peroxide gel applied into them. This process is carries out every day for about two weeks to gradually and gently whiten the teeth on average 7 shades lighter.

2- In surgery whitening – Teeth whitening can be carried out in the surgery in one session. It is sometimes known as “Laser Whitening” or ” Power Whitening”. A UV light is used to accelerate the teeth whitening.
